Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn is an American actress from America. Her most well-known role was as Skyler in the drama series of AMC, Breaking Bad. She won Primetime Emmy Awards in 2013 and 2014 for Outstanding Leading Performance by a Supporting Actress in a Drama Series in 2013 and 2014. As well as playing Martha Bullock and Jean Ward, she has appeared in The Practice. Anna Gunn began acting as an elementary school student as a child in Sante Fe New Mexico. After that, her family relocated to Ohio, where she continued her passion for performing on stage. She did theatre studies at Northwestern University, and spent an entire semester at the British American Drama Academy. Anna started out in Chicago performing in stage role for several years. Later, she relocated to Hollywood and began acting in films and TV shows. Anna had her first big part in the role of Arden in the TV show Down the Shore. Down the Shore aired 29 episodes in the year 1992. Anna continued appearing in films and TV series such as Seinfeld, NYPD Blue and other shows until the end of the 1990's. Then she was placed in The Practice as Jean Ward. Martha Bullock, a character that she played for a period of two seasons in Deadwood's second season. Skyler was her role as Martha Bullock in Breaking Bad. Sully as well as Deadwood are also a part of her acting career. Gunn has also appeared on the stage for David Schwimmer's production Sex With Strangers. In addition, she played in the show Numbered Day, which is a podcast consisting of four audio-based plays. Breaking Bad is often centered around the love story between Walter White with his wife Skyler. Their relationship is strained and their eventual break up echoes last years of Walter White's story.
